SVYC AUDITIONS FOR SPRING 2024 IN LEWISBURG

Do you LOVE to SING or know a young singer who would like to be a part of an amazing experience? The SVYC offers excellence in choral instruction to singers grades 2-12. 

Our youth program complements school music programs, giving talented youth singers the opportunity to sing and perform at an advanced level with other highly motivated singers from the Susquehanna Valley. Our singers enjoy learning more about music, improving their musicality, making new friends and presenting a concert for the community.

Rehearsals will begin in August in Lewisburg and we will perform our Fall concert in November. Auditions are held to better understand your level of singing ability. AUDITIONS: 

• Sharon Lutheran Church, 120 S. Market St., Selinsgrove
  Saturday, January 20 from 10 am-12 noon
  Monday, January 22 from 6 pm-8 pm

REHEARSALS: 

• Monday nights at Sharon Lutheran Church, 120 S. Market St., Selinsgrove
  First Rehearsal: January 29

CONCERT:

• April 21 at 3:00 pm

Grades 3-12, three levels:

• Preparatory Chorus, grades 2 – 5/6
• Camerata, 5/6-8/9 (treble/unchanged voices)
• Valley Singers, high school age
